Meet the owner & chef
Founded in 2020, Delectable Designs by Nicole started as a place to share food blogs and inspiration from one Foodie to another. It grew into intimate evenings in Chef’s Kitchen, Wine & Dine events, and Food Design consultation.
In June of 2021 (after 18 years in education), Nicole decided to take a hiatus as a Special Education Coordinator to devote her full attention to her new business adventure.
Nicole, the owner and a foodie, enjoys educating and catering to others. She believes that food design is an art, one that’s bursting with sensational flavors, filling the hearts of all foodies alike. While paying attention to small details, Nicole’s plating is next level. She takes pride in discovering unique flavors with the perfect cocktail pairings.

A Night in Chef’s Kitchen is the ultimate Foodie experience. Seats are right at Chef’s Kitchen, where you watch the preparation and designing of a 5-Course meal (with or without cocktail/wine pairing). It is one of your top culinary experiences as a Foodie!
Day or night, our relaxing WINE-down Tuesday is the perfect way to get you through the week. Enjoy your wine flight, a personal charcuterie board, a microbrew, or a small plate as you relax at the window high-tops, the intimate bar, or the leather seating throughout our space.

I was blown away by our dining experience tonight. If I had one thing to give constructive criticism, it would be that I wanted one more mushroom on my small plate (they were that good)! Everything was beyond amazing! The cocktail pairings were perfect, and Nicole did an amazing job matching flavors with food and amazing drinks. Her restaurant and personality are the best backdrops for an incredible dining experience. I must say that it was the greatest meal, that was so thoughtfully thought out, with amazing flavors and spot-on presentation! It was beyond my already high expectations!!! This was such a special evening that exceeds any restaurant I have ever been to. Food Network stars, beware!
